la vista de las habitaciones y la piscina
1. el personal de recepción fue poco amable 2. falta mantenimiento, hubo goteras y en el restaurante se entraba la lluvia por las ventanas 3. poca variedad en el restaurante 4. el hotel no tiene ninguna consideración con personas que llegan en vuelos desde las 8 am y el checking es hasta las 3 pm. las maletas las dejan en las salas públicas de la recepción, no hay una zona de guarda equipajes, no permiten adelantar el desayuno, quedas a la deriva en la isla, sin hotel hasta las 3 pm.

Me agrado la comida, las áreas sociales son geniales, el acceso y vista al mar excelente.
Excelente las áreas sociales (piscina, restaurantes, muelle) . Sin embargo, lo vidrios del restaurante se encontraban rayados y sucios, dando un mal aspecto a la vista, que era espectacular. Ubicación espectacular.
Las habitaciones se veían viejas, como el mobiliario. Y muchas zonas comunes en reparación y con goteras. El baño viejo y con filtraciones.

Relacion calidad-precio muy costoso para lo que ofrece
El area de piscina y acceso al mar es lo que mas rescato en nuestra estadía. Lo demás deja mucho que desear. Vi muchos comentarios antes de reservar y creí que podían haber mejorado, pero no fue así.
Comenzando por el desayuno (que esta incluido) y almuerzo (que se debe pagar si no viene incluido), es buffet, para la cantidad de personas de distintos países alojadas, creo que es muy poco variado y la cantidad muy reducida. Tienen aire acondicionado que no se adapta a las temperaturas que hacen en el exterior, en toda mi estadía me sentí acalorada (habitación, areas comunes y el comedor peor). Nos comunicamos con la recepción y solo nos ofrecieron un ventilador que algo ayudo. El wifi solo funciona en áreas comunes.
