What was the highlight of GHL Hotel Sunrise San Andrés
„Ausreichend, aber sehr viel Verbesserungspotential.
Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, alles ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Das Personal ist höflich, nett und zuvorkommend. Das im Preis inbegriffen Essen (bei uns Frühstück und Abendessen) als Büfett war ok, allerdings überwiegend kalt, nicht richtig aufgewärmt. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, Klimaanlage ist nicht selbst regelbar (muss vom Personal eingestellt werden), dieses war damit aber überfordert. Während des Aufenthalts mussten die Zimmer gewechselt werden, da es im Hotel ein riesiges Feuchtigkeitsproblem gibt. Für ein 4 Sterne hotel war es ausreichend, es gibt aber deutlich bessere Hotels.
Essen eigentlich immer kalt, Klimaanlage nicht einstellbar, dadurch zu kalt auf dem zimmer, sehr große Feuchtigkeitsprobleme im Hotel, besonders im 2. Stock.

El olor y no arreglaron el cuarto el primer día. En el desayuno el personal no estuvo pendiente para servir el café que es lo único que hay que atender a los clientes ya que es bufet
